Rogers: Cold Doesn’t Slow Quantrill
HOUSTON — Stanford sophomore righthander Cal Quantrill is a well-oiled machine.
The weather on the Texas Gulf Coast wasn’t exactly optimal for the series opener against Rice, the temperatures hovering in the low 40s with players from both teams clearly shivering outside of their dugouts 30 minutes prior to first pitch.
