The American Baseball Coaches Association announced its four-member 2016 Hall of Fame class on Tuesday, and it includes a couple of very big names from the Division I ranks. Texas coach Augie Garrido, the winningest coach in NCAA history, will finally be inducted, alongside two-time national champion Ray Tanner (South Carolina), Division III great Bob Babb (Johns Hopkins) and NAIA heavyweight Sam Riggleman.
