LSU enjoyed an impressive weekend, sweeping a trio of three-run games from 2014 regional squad Kansas. The Tigers rode strong starting pitching efforts from Jared Poche’ and Alex Lange in the first two victories before overcoming four errors and a 3 2/3-inning start from freshman Jake Godfrey to complete the sweep Sunday. Sophomore Jesse Stallings also saved two of the three games.
